ARTÍCULO NUEVO.

Corresponde a la jurisdicción de lo Contencioso-Administrativo conocer de las acusaciones por inconstitucionalidad de los decretos dictados por el Gobierno, cuando no sean de los expedidos en ejercicio de las facultades de que tratan los ordinales 11 y 12 del artículo 69 y el artículo 117 de esta Constitución.
