ARTICULO 66 . EVALUACIÓN EVENTUAL. Es la que se hace en cualquier momento de la carrera, al personal de la Institución, por la autoridad evaluadora correspondiente, por la comisión de un hecho reprochable que atente contra el prestigio y la moral de la Institución.
