Para los efectos del literal a) del artículo 74 de la Ley 100 de 1993, en el régimen de ahorro individual con solidaridad, se entiende que el afiliado cumplió con los requisitos para tener derecho a una pensión de vejez cuando efectivamente se pensione por haber cumplido los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 64 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
