º CLASIFICACION PERSONAL DE LAS EMPRESAS. Por regla general, las personas que prestan sus servicios en las empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado, vinculadas al Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, son trabajadores oficiales. No obstante lo anterior, los estatutos de dichas entidades precisarán las funciones que pueden ser desempeñadas por personas que tengan la calidad de empleados públicos.
