Art. 6.º Se prohíbe la fundación de Sociedades anónimas contrarias a las buenas costumbres, al orden público y a las prescripciones legales; así como aquellas que no versen sobre un objeto real y de lícita negociación, o que tiendan al monopolio de las subsistencias o de algún ramo de industria.
