º A medida que los artículos pedidos vayan llegando a la aduana, el Administrador procederá a liquidar los derechos correspondientes a cada introducción, y en pago de estos derechos recibirá certificados provisionales, expedidos por los Gerentes de las respectivas sociedades, certificados que serán cambiados por acciones definitivas de las sociedades, las cuales deben reunir todas las condiciones establecidas en los estatutos de la sociedad.
