Modifíquese el inciso tercero del artículo 2.1.1.6.5.3 del Decreto 1077 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “Una vez suscrito el contrato de arrendamiento o arrendamiento con opción de compra y la respectiva garantía, el gestor inmobiliario solicitará la asignación del subsidio de que trata el presente Capítulo, presentando dichos documentos para la respectiva aprobación por medio del sistema de información que señale Fonvivienda para tal efecto.”.
