° Cuando la asignación básica mensual de los empleados públicos a que se refiere el presente Decreto sea igual o inferior a $7.000,00, dichos empleados tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago de un auxilio de transporte en cuantía de $170,00 mensuales. No habrá lugar a este auxilio cuando la Registraduria Nacional preste el servicio de transporte a sus empleados.
