El Gobierno fijará las causales de caducidad administrativa pero tal declaración no se hará sin que previamente se notifique personalmente al interesado de las causales que, a juicio del Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, hayan sido violadas; y el interesado dispondrá de un término de hasta quince (15) días, para que rectifique o subsane la falta o fallas de que se le acuse, o formule su defensa.
