El Ministerio de Gobierno pasará al de Agricultura y Comercio las embarcaciones, talleres y demás enseres con los cuales se han venido atendiendo los servicios de navegación y obras públicas en el Sur. De esta entrega se extenderá-un acta que suscribirán los dos Ministros. El Ministro de Gobierno pondrá a disposición del de Agricultura y Comercio las partidas que haya recibido de los Ministerios de Guerra a Industrias para atender los mencionados servicios durante la presente vigencia.
