Autorízase al mismo Municipio de Sabanalarga para destinar los veinte mil pesos ($ 20,000.00), señalados en la Ley 34 de 1926 al aumento, ampliación y mejoramiento de sus pozos artesianos y a la dotación de tuberías para llevar el agua de dichos pozos hasta el centro dela ciudad.
