Las utilidades que obtengan los Fondos Ganaderos, una vez hechas las reservas de carácter legal y las que ordenen los estatutos, se distribuirán entre los accionistas sin distinción de clases, pero las correspondientes a las acciones de l clase "A" deberán reinvertirse en su totalidad en suscripción de acciones del mismo Fondo, sin que tales aumentos puedan modificar la representación de la Junta Directiva.
