Articulo 19. Las actuales Colecturías o subalternas que existen en todo el territorio seguirán funcionando con el nombre de Resguardo de Rentas. Los funcionarios que en ellas laboren reciben las facultades de Resguardo de Rentas y continuaran cumpliendo con las diferentes funciones que hasta ahora han venido atendiendo y las demás que le sean asignadas.
