Composición de la Junta de Programación. En la Junta de Programación de las emisoras comunitarias tienen derecho a participar las organizaciones sociales e instituciones del municipio por medio de un representante de cada una, de suerte que refleje la diversidad y pluralidad de los habitantes. La Junta de Programación será presidida por el director de la emisora.
