ARTICULO 41 . Curso de actualización policial. Los oficiales del Cuerpo Administrativo, para ascender al grado de Teniente Coronel, previa selección de la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, deberán adelantar y aprobar un "Curso de Actualización Policial" en el Centro de Estudios Superiores de Policía, de acuerdo con reglamentación que expida la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional. Este curso en ningún caso será válido para la obtención del título de Oficial diplomado en Academia Superior de Policía.
