Las fuentes fijas artificiales de contaminación del aire sujetas a las normas de emisión establecidas en el presente decreto y aquellas para las cuales posteriormente el Ministerio de Salud las expida, estarán sujetas al pago de las tasas retributivas a que se refiere el artículo anterior.
