º. Para efectos de lo previsto en el numeral 2.6 del artículo 2º y el numeral 4.11 del artículo 4º del Decreto 3620 de 2004 se entenderá que la expresión "Sistema Integral de Contratación Electrónica", ha sido reemplazada por la de "Sistema Electrónico para la Contratación Pública".
