Cuando existan dos o más juicios que deban tramitarse bajo una misma cuerda, el Secretario, vencido el término para la práctica de las pruebas, así lo informará al Consejero o Magistrado sustanciador. Acumulados los expedientes se convocará a audiencia pública dentro de las setenta y dos (72) horas siguientes al sorteo por el Consejero o Magistrado que deba conocer de los distintos juicios.
