Destinación de las Regalías. Los municipios que perciban regalías o participaciones provenientes de explotaciones mineras ubicadas en los territorios indígenas de que trata el artículo 124 del Código de Minas, deberán destinar los correspondientes ingresos a obras y servicios que beneficien directamente a las comunidades y grupos aborígenes asentados en tales territorios. Estas obras y servicios se diseñarán y ejecutarán con la participación de las comunidades beneficiadas. (Decreto 710 de 1990, artículo 16)
