Decreto 1537 de 1994 · por el cual se aprueba el programa de venta de las acciones del Banco Cafetero en la Corporación de Ahorro y Vivienda, Concasa.

º Precio. Las 5.535.590 acciones objeto del presente programa de venta se ofrecerán en las siguientes condiciones

Las acciones que se ofrezcan de acuerdo con el numeral 1º del artículo 3º del presente Decreto aun precio fijo de $6.5615 cada una.

Las acciones que se ofrezcan de acuerdo con el numeral 2º del artículo 3º del presente Decreto a un precio base de $6.565 cada una.
