Cláusula Resolutoria. El acto jurídico de transferencia de la propiedad de los bienes que se adquieran con los recursos del Fondo Nacional de Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres incluirá cláusula resolutoria por incumplimiento de cualquiera de las obligaciones pactadas y, la titularidad del bien será restituida al Fondo Nacional, sin perjuicio de las demás acciones a que haya lugar.
