Apruébase la siguiente providencia: Decreto número 83 de 1918, por el cual se dicta una medida en relación con la Escuela Normal de Institutoras. "El Gobernador de Cundinamarea. en uso de sus atribuciones legales, y considerando: "1"Que es conveniente prevenir el hecho de que por cualquier circunstancia un diploma de Maestro pase a poder de otra persona distinta de aquella a cuyo favor se ha expedido, y se pretenda ejercer al magisterio valiéndose de un título mal adquirido; "2" Que es necesario salvaguardiar el derecho de los Institutores; de suerte que en caso de extravio del diploma pueda saberse si el poseedor es su legítimo dueño, decreta:
