Créanse tres (3) becas por cada Departamento, Intendencia y Comisaria, por un valor mínimo de cien pesos ($100.00) mensuales, cada una, para capacitar personal dirigente y administrativo de Cooperativas, en los institutos que funde la "Sociedad de Amigos de la Cooperación"; o en establecimientos oficiales o particulares que tengan organizados cursos sobre la materia.
