ARTICULO 334. Perturbación funcional. Si el daño consistiere en perturbación funcional transitoria de un órgano o miembro, la pena será de veinte meses a siete años de prisión y multa de tres mil a doce mil pesos. Si fuere permanente, la pena será de dos años de prisión y multa de cinco mil a veinte mil pesos.
