Igualmente podrá el Gobierno, previo el correspondiente estudio técnico, señalar, ya sea en baldíos o en propiedades particulares, zonas dentro de las cuales deban repoblarse los bosques destruidos con el fin de mantener el caudal y régimen de las aguas. En las providencias que al efecto dicte el Gobierno, se fijara el término o plazo dentro del cual ha de hacerse la repoblación y la naturaleza o calidad de las plantas que deban sustituir las destruidas.
