Para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley, se incluirá la cantidad de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000.00) en el Presupuesto de Gastos de cada vigencia, con imputación al Ministerio de Educación Nacional, durante tres (3) años consecutivos, que comenzarán a contarse desde el 1° de enero de 1962.
