Reemplazo del Presidente . El Presidente será reemplazado en sus faltas temporales o absolutas, en el orden que determine la Junta Directiva, por uno de sus dos suplentes los cuales también ostentan la calidad de representantes legales de la sociedad. En caso de falta absoluta, y dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha en que se produzca la vacante, la Junta designará la persona que deba reemplazarlo en propiedad.
