º El Gobierno Nacional pagará a la empresa "Acerías de Paz del Río, S. A"., la suma que ésta haya pagado o pague en lo futuro a sus accionistas por razón del dividendo garantizado, de acuerdo con el artículo 10 del mencionado Decreto número 285 del 9 de febrero del presente año, pero únicamente hasta el 9 de febrero de 1958, en armonía con la mencionada garantía. Para este efecto, "Acerías de Paz del Río, S. A"., pasará al Gobierno Nacional, trimestralmente, la relación de los dividendos pagados para que le sean cancelados.
