Desde la sanción de la presente Ley se pagará del Tesoro Nacional a la señora Rosario Gutiérrez viuda de Baquero o a sus hijas Lucrecia, Zenobia y Laura, mientras permanezcan solteras, una pensión de ochenta pesos ($ 80) que le correspondería a su padre señor General Elías Baquero, como General de División, mensualmente.
