El artículo 26 del Decreto-ley 3073 de 1968, quedará así:
"La vivienda que sea adjudicada por la Caja de Vivienda Militar a sus socios o afiliados, cualquiera que sea su valor, quedará constituida en Patrimonio de Familia no embargable, en los términos del artículo 7o. de la Ley 70 de 1931 ".
