Fundado en tiempo el recurso, se da traslado de la demanda a la parte opositora, por quince días, para que formule su alegato.

Si son tres o más los litigantes que forman dicha parte, el traslado para la réplica es común para todos ellos, y se surte en la Secretaría, donde se mantienen los autos a su disposición por el término de treinta días.
