Inicio de juicio. Recibida la demanda de extinción de dominio presentada por la Fiscalía, el juez proferirá el auto admisorio correspondiente que será notificado personalmente.

En caso de que la notificación personal no sea posible se aplicarán las reglas dispuestas en el artículo 55A”.
