La Junta Directiva del Banco Ganadero está integrada por cinco miembros principales y sus respectivos suplentes, así: El Ministro de Agricultura y Ganadería, o su delegado; un representante del Presidente de la República y tres representantes de los accionistas particulares, cuya elección se hará conforme a lo que se establece en el artículo siguiente. El período de los Directores, con excepción del Ministro de Agricultura y Ganadería, será de un año.
