Artículo setenta. Contratos de conducción de correo La Administración Postal Nacional podrá celebrar contratos para la conducción de correo, de acuerdo con las normar que trace el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, en la forma establecida en el artículo 37 del Decreto 3049 de 1963.

Parágrafo

Para efectos del presente Decreto se entiende por "Conducción de Correo" el transporte de las plazas de correo de una localidad a otra, nacional o internacionalmente.
