º . Causal de aprehensión y decomiso. Será causal de aprehensión y decomiso, la introducción e importación de las bebidas alcohólicas que no cumplan con los requisitos señalados en el artículo anterior, para lo cual se deberá seguir el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 512-1 del Decreto 2685 de 1999.
