Amonestación previa aI juramento. Toda autoridad a quien corresponda tomar juramento, amonestará previamente a quien deba prestarlo acerca de la importancia legal y moral del acto, de las sanciones establecidas contra los que declaren falsamente, leyendo los artículos correspondientes del Código Penal. En el momento de prestar el juramento, la persona permanecerá de pie ante la autoridad que lo recibe, quien leerá la fórmula correspondiente. El juramento se prestará con las palabras lo "juro".
