Registro. Todo colombiano tendrá derecho a ser registrado por las Oficinas Consulares autorizadas por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores con circunscripción en el lugar de domicilio, sin importar su condición migratoria.

Artículo 2.2.1.10.3. Registro. Todo colombiano tendrá derecho a ser registrado por los consulados en las sedes autorizadas por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores que correspondan a su domicilio sin importar su condición migratoria.
