o . La carrera 35 entre las calles 46 y 49 de Medellín se llamará "Carlos Mauro Hoyos Jiménez'" y allí se colocar un busto en bronce o una placa alusiva.

Parágrafo

Los gastos que ocasione el cumplimiento de los artículos 4 o , 5 o y 6 o , de la presente Ley serán con cargo al Presupuesto de la Cámara de Representantes.
