El pasajero estará obligado a pagar el pasaje y a observar las condiciones de seguridad impuestas por el transportador y por los reglamentos oficiales y a cumplir los reglamentos de la empresa, estos últimos siempre y cuando estén exhibidos en lugares donde sean fácilmente conocidos por el usuario o se inserten en el boleto o billete.
El contrato celebrado para sí por persona relativamente incapaz no será anulable.
