Esta ley rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial el artículo 62 de la Ley 1828 de 2017 y el artículo 18 de la Ley 1881 de 2018 . En materia de investigación disciplinaria, penal, fiscal y administrativa de los congresistas solo se aplicarán estas normas en lo relativo a conflicto de interés.
