Administrar, controlar y decidir las solicitudes de autorización, habilitación, inscripción, reconocimiento, homologación, renovación y calificación que presenten las Agencias de Aduanas, y demás auxiliares, los Depósitos, Muelles, Puertos, Intermediarios de Tráfico Postal y Envíos Urgentes Llegados por Avión, Agentes de Carga Internacional, Transportadores, Usuarios Aduaneros Permanentes, Usuarios Altamente Exportadores y los importadores de bienes sensibles”.
