Del Decreto Número 484, De 20 De Febrero De 1899 ( Diario Oficial Número 11,124), En Los Distritos Judiciales En Que Por El Estado De Sitios Haya Dejado De Funcionar El Poder Judicial, Podrá Hacerse La Presentación De La Demanda Ante Cualquiera Otro Juez De Igual Categoría

Artículo único. Para interrumpir civilmente la prescripción de acuerdo con el artículo 2.° del Decreto número 484, de 20 de Febrero de 1899 ( Diario Oficial número 11,124), en los Distritos Judiciales en que por el estado de sitios haya dejado de funcionar el Poder Judicial, podrá hacerse la presentación de la demanda ante cualquiera otro Juez de igual categoría.

Parágrafo

En el escrito de demanda se pondrá una nota suscrita por el Juez, el Secretario y el demandante, en que conste la fecha de la presentación, y será remitido al Juzgado competente tan luego como lo soliciten los interesados. Comuníquese y publíquese.
