Las autorizaciones otorgadas al Gobierno nacional en virtud de esta ley, se incorporarán de conformidad a lo establecido en el artículo 3°, reasignando los recursos existentes en cada órgano ejecutor, sin que ello implique un aumento del presupuesto, y de acuerdo con las disponibilidades de cada vigencia fiscal.
