Anexo del presupuesto de las entidades receptoras directas de regalías y compensaciones. La ejecución de las apropiaciones incorporadas en el presupuesto de las entidades receptoras directas de regalías y compensaciones se sujetará al detalle incorporado en el anexo indicativo que acompaña el Capítulo 4 del Título II del presente Decreto. El giro de los recursos se adelantará previa certificación del Ministerio de Minas y Energía o su delegado sobre la liquidación y recaudo efectivo de la respectiva contraprestación, en la que se señale la entidad territorial receptora de la regalía.
