El inciso 3º. del artículo 59 de la Constitución Nacional quedará así:
El Contralor General de la República será elegido para un período de cuatro años por la Cámara de Representantes y no podrá ser reelegido en ningún caso para el período inmediato, ni continuar en ejercicio del cargo al vencimiento de su mandato.
