De conformidad con la normativa vigente, los servidores públicos cuyos cargos se suprimen en el artículo 1° y que acreditaron la condición de padre o madre cabeza de familia sin alternativa económica; tener limitación visual, auditiva, física o mental; o estar próximas a pensionarse en el término de tres (3) años contados a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, serán incorporados directamente en empleos equivalentes que se creen en la planta de personal de la Agencia de Renovación del Territorio.
