Si hubiere varias personas que constituyan una sola partes, sea demandante o demandada, todas ellas obrarán de consuno para provocar la prestación del juramento decisorio, y designarán una que lo preste por todas, llegado el caso, pero cada persona de las que componen la parte a quien se provoca con el juramento decisorio, puede prestarlo, por lo que a ella respecta, o aceptar que lo preste la contraria.
