La condición de acreditado será reconocida siempre y cuando la acreditación haya sido otorgada por la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, por el Organismo Nacional de Acreditación o por otros organismos de acreditación que se organicen con posterioridad, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 2º del presente decreto.
