El Ministerio de Comunicaciones regla mentará los servicios y fijará las normas técnicas y las especificaciones que deban reunir los equipos de transmisión de información codificada (datos), para su operación, en las redes que dispongan las entidades señaladas en él artículo 3º del presente Decreto para la prestación de los servicios.
