Tanto la Caja de Vivienda Militar como las operaciones que celebre o ejecute estarán exentas de impuestos notariales, de registro, de timbre y sobre la renta, y de toda clase de contribuciones nacionales, departamentales o municipales presentes o futuras. Gozará, además, de todas las ventajas que confiere la Ley a las instituciones de utilidad social.
